Justin G. Beale is the Director of Sales & Marketing for The Main in downtown Norfolk, Virginia, a mixed-use, entertainment, meeting, dining, hotel and conference center. He is responsible for overseeing both Transient and Group Sales, coordinating marketing and PR efforts and client events.
Previously, Beale was the Associate Director of Sales for the Hyatt Regency Reston where he generated business from the convention markets while also leading a sales team. Before that, he was part of the opening hotel team at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
Beale is proud Alumni of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Tourism.
