Oversees consumer public relations that promotes retail promotions and strategies in addition to loyalty programs, digital, technology and marketing innovation, buzz marketing partnerships and original content that drives consumer opinion. Responsible for successful development and execution of strategic consumer public relations from Canada, down through North America, the Caribbean and South America.
